There are several links at the top of this page that take you to websites that give advice on information on such things as Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave and Flexible Working. ASLEF Members are also advised to consult their ASLEF Representatives on these matters as there may be agreements in place with their particular employer that exceed their statutory rights. In addition, ASLEF may have agreements in place for rights to time off for things that are not (yet) covered by legislation. It's always worth checking first.
